people—to form the world's largest country.

So we created that country. And petitioned to join the United Nations.

30+ country-specific ads flooded public spaces across the globe, while coordinated outdoor efforts in New York, San Francisco, Boston, London, and Paris challenged the world to recognize The State of Diabetes.

 

Our message spread worldwide as our website’s online petition garnered signatures from all 7 continents (including Antarctica), uniting 14 advocacy groups and gaining the international attention we demanded.
